Many people are finding it increasingly difficult to keep fit due to the fact that they lead such busy lives.

A recent report from the World Health Organisation has found that people in the UK are among the least active in the whole world.

The report showed that 32% of men report inactivity and 40% of women at too sedentary.

Obesity is also on the rise in England and the rest of the UK, showing that clearly, we are going to have to make some big changes to our lifestyles.
